Shipping zones

Shipments to Spain (Iberian Peninsula)

MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. makes all shipments to Spain (Iberian Peninsula) through the companies indicated in the Logistics Companies section. Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula will be made within a period of 24-48 working hours as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, will be sent from the next business day, and from this, 24-48 business hours will be counted for delivery.

Shipments to Spain (Balearic Islands)

MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. makes all shipments to the Balearic Islands through the companies indicated in the Logistics Companies section. Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be made within a period of 48-72 working hours as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, will be sent from the next business day, and from this, 48-72 business hours will be counted for delivery.

Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. makes all shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla through Certified Mail. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made within 7-10 working days as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, will be sent from the next business day, and from this, 10-12 business days will be counted for delivery.

Shipments to the European Union

MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. makes all shipments to the European Union, through the companies indicated in the Logistics Companies section. Shipments to the European Union will be made within 2-4 business days provided there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, will be sent from the next business day, and from this, 2-4 business days will be counted for delivery.

Shipments to the Rest of the world

MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. makes all shipments to the Rest of the World, through the companies indicated in the Logistics Companies section. Shipments to the Rest of the World will be made within 7-12 business days when the UPS shipping option is selected and as long as there is stock. Purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, will be sent from the next business day, and from this, the delivery will depend on the transport company and the customs restrictions that exist in each country. MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS , S.L. is not responsible for delivery times.

Permit and tariff rates

MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, SL is not responsible for tariff rates, import permits, taxes, insurance and other expenses that the export of the product may incur to the countries to which the merchandise is sent . The importer is responsible for tariff rates, import permits, taxes, insurance and other expenses that the export of the product may incur.

  • If your shipment has been through ASM, you can see the status of the order in real time by visiting www.asmred.com and entering the reference of your shipment in the locator.
  • If your shipment has been by UPS, you can see the status of the order in real time by visiting www.ups.com and entering the reference of your shipment in the locator.
  • If your shipment has been by Post and Telegraph, you can see the status of the order in real time by visiting www.correos.es and entering the reference of your shipment in the locator.

Remember that the delivery service through Correos y Telégrafos offers:

  • Home delivery under signature.
  • Two delivery attempts.
  • Traceability and computerized monitoring: You can check the status of your shipments through this website or by calling the Correos Customer Service number: 902 197 197.
  • Delivery working days (Monday to Friday) except holidays.
  • If delivery cannot be made, shipments will remain at your disposal for 15 days at the Post Office.

RETURN POLICY

The User / Buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days, from the receipt by the user / buyer of the purchased products.

In any case, it will be understood that the user / buyer has known the Return Policy from the time they entered the website, which requires reading and accepting these conditions of purchase and in any case from the moment they place the order.

The procedure to exercise a return will begin with the request of the user / buyer by opening the management through the Post-Sale Department to the email: info@harex.net. The return request must have the buyer’s information, address, telephone, e-mail and the reason for which you want to return the product. The Post-Sales Department will give you an answer within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the request, assigning return instructions if applicable.

Once the return instructions have been received, the user / buyer may make their return within the following five days, sending MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. the product to be returned in the original packaging, along with accessories, manual and gifts if applicable (indicating the assigned management number on the shipping package) to the following address: Polígono Txalaka-Araneder, Troya Ibilbidea 18, Pabellón 6-A5. 20115 Astigarraga (Guipúzcoa) – Spain .

Any returned product that is not received in perfect condition and in its original packaging will not be accepted.

The return of the product once used or if it has been altered or modified will not be accepted.

Exercised by the user / buyer the right of withdrawal, MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. will return the amounts received by payment, with the sole retention of the shipping costs and the corresponding bank commission, if applicable. Payments will be made in EUROS.

However, all of the above, the right of withdrawal and / or resolution is excluded in those cases in which, due to the very nature of the products to be acquired, it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the corresponding claim of the damages suffered.

The return of sanitary articles that have had contact with skin or mouth, or that are hygienic, personal care or made to measure or to order, will not be accepted.

The cancellation of an order processed by the client, in the manufacturing or import process, will entail covering all associated and unavoidable expenses such as transport, customs expenses, etc.

MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the client and being exempt from any other obligation.

Both the shipping costs and the return costs, including customs and local taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the return costs are higher than the value of the merchandise to be returned, the remaining balance will be charged in the same way as the original payment.
