GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS

As a general rule, all purchases made from MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. are subject to the general purchase conditions set out in this document.

Payment system

Automatic payment system: our purchase system is subject to current legislation in Spain, so the address is understood to be Mera Medical Solutions S.L. – Troya Ibilbidea 18, Pabellón 6-A5 – 20115 Astigarraga (Guipúzcoa) – Spain. • All prices include the corresponding VAT in the European Community except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
• Payments can be made by Credit Card, through Paypal or by Bank Transfer (option valid only EU).
• All forms of payment offered on the website are prior to the shipment of the products purchased.

Payment by Credit Card

The POS system used, belonging to Banco Sabadell and Redsys , allows you to pay for your purchases with a Credit Card with maximum guarantees and peace of mind, thanks to its security systems Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code .

Payments through Paypal

Mera Medical Solutions S.L also offers the payment service through the Paypal platform. Paypal is a well-known payment method used in electronic media and purchase-sale transactions worldwide. The main characteristic is that it provides absolute security in the purchase made by electronic means to both the buyer and the seller. Due to these security measures and complexity of the purchase process through Paypal, purchases made using this method will be increased by 4%.

Payments by Bank Transfer

To make the payment, a bank transfer for the amount of the purchase must be made to the following bank account:

Security and privacy

All your data will be treated in accordance with the terms of Organic Law 5/1992 of October 29 (Organic Law of Regulation of the Authorized Treatment of Personal Data).

The data you provide us has two treatments:

Personal and shipping data: They are incorporated into a file to process your orders and shipments and inform you of the best offers and news from MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. If you want to be deleted or modify your data in our file, please send us an email with your request and your ID to the email account info@harex.net .

Returns: For possible product returns, you should contact our offices at the e-mail info@harex.net indicating the reason of the return, within a period of no more than 48 hours from the delivery of the product, otherwise from MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, SL no refund can be accepted.
When dealing with sanitary and intimate products in most cases, MERA MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. It will only accept returns of products sold that have a manufacturing defect.

In the case of returns, the cost corresponding to the transport of said return will be charged, discounting it from the amount to be returned. For returns due to possible malfunctions in the products, a period of seven days is established from the date of delivery of the equipment to make the corresponding claim. Within this period, the change will be made for a new equipment without any charge. For the rest of the equipment, they will be collected free of charge to be reviewed by our technical service and will be returned to the client as soon as possible without charge.
